Guidelines for Invited/Oral Presentation

Invited presentation: 20 minutes in total (17 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion).

Oral presentation: 15 minutes in total (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion)

Ÿ   Presentations must be prepared and presented in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided at the conference.

Ÿ   The conference computer used for the oral presentations will run on Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.

Ÿ   we recommend that use a minimum font size of 20 pt in your slides to ensure that your content is well readable for everyone in the conference room. Please use Arial font.

Ÿ   To make sure presentations run smoothly during the sessions, please check in at the speaker preview room (the location will be updated soon) at least one day before your session starts and provide a copy of your presentation (on a USB stick) to the technical staff.

Guidelines for Poster

Poster Size:

The area available for the poster is limited to a rectangle 120 cm tall by 90 cm wide. Please make sure the poster fits within the allowed display area.

Poster Format and Poster content:

Ÿ   Poster content and presentation must be in English.

Ÿ   Poster materials must be legible from a distance of two meters. Lettering in text and figures should be at least 5 mm, and the headings should be at least 10 mm.

Ÿ   Place your Poster ID (Abstract ID), the authors, and their affiliations should appear near the top of the poster.

Ÿ   A brief introduction, background, goals, experimental detail, conclusions, and references.

Poster Mounting：

Ÿ   Each poster author is responsible for printing their poster and bringing it to the conference. PVSEC-34 organizers doesn't print the posters.

Ÿ   Check the conference agenda to find your poster session location and timing (the detailed agenda will be updated soon：https://www.pvsec-34.com/overall.html).

Ÿ   Set up your printed poster at least half hour before your session start time on the day you are scheduled to present

Ÿ   Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order. Find your paper number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.

Ÿ   Push pins, tape, or Velcro will be provided by PVSEC-34 organizers to hang your poster.

Poster Presentation Format:

Ÿ   Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees. (the detailed agenda will be updated soon：https://www.pvsec-34.com/overall.html).
